Where's Collab?

In case you didn't receive our email blast last week, we're moving from Collab to JIRA. This new ticketing system will make your support experience smoother and more efficient! We've finished migrating your Collab tickets to the JIRA Service Desk. If you are a current (or recent) Collab user, you should have received an email on Friday, April 1, with your username and password for logging into the new system.
